How do I restart my subscription?

Only the Account Admin can restart a canceled subscription in our online member portal, My Account.

  1. Tap this link to view your Billing page in My Account and sign in with your Covenant Eyes username and password.

  2. You can choose Screen Accountability (our monitoring software) or Screen Accountability and Filtering (our website filter). Choose monthly or yearly billing and tap "Review and Pay."
  3. Enter your card information. Just so you know, your state may require us to charge you sales tax.
  4. Enter your billing address, email, and phone number, and tap "Save."
  5. Great! You restarted your subscription. Remember to install Covenant Eyes on your devices.
