How do I remove filtering?

The Account Admin (Admin) can remove filtering by logging into the Victory app, navigating to the Account tab, tapping the member's name, and choosing "Screen Accountability" under Services.

About Filtering

• Only the Account Admin (Admin) can remove filtering from members on their account.
  
  
• The Admin can also remove filtering from their username.

Remove Filtering

1. Open the Victory app on your phone or tablet and enter your username and password to sign in.
   
2. Tap "Account."
   
3. Tap the member to whom you want to remove filtering. (If you want to remove filtering for yourself, under Account Configuration, tap "Settings" and proceed to step #4.)
   
4. Under Services, tap the bubble next to "Screen Accountability."
   
5. We'll save your changes automatically, and you'll see a confirmation message. You're all set!
