Can I reduce or remove the blur on a screenshot in a report?

This article applies to older accounts that deliver activity via email and My Account. The free Victory app provides 24/7 reporting. It is standard for all new accounts and available to older accounts.

If an ally wants further clarity on a screenshot in the report, they can briefly reduce a screenshot’s blur level for a slightly more transparent image:

1. 1. Access your Covenant Eyes account online and generate a report.
      
      
   2. Select the image that you want to reduce the blur for.
      
   3. Tap the “Decrease Blur” button.
      
   4. Tap “OK.”
      
   5. Though still somewhat blurred, the screenshot will become more transparent for a few seconds.
