You can change your Check-in Reminder Frequency settings by logging into the Victory app, navigating to the Account tab, tapping Settings, and choosing your desired settings under Check-in Reminder Frequency.
Before You Begin

Check-in Reminders: There are two types of Check-in Reminders - Notifications and Email. You can select one, both, or none.

Notifications: These are push notifications from the Victory app that remind you to check in with the people you're helping.
- Email: These emails (previously email reports) contain the activity of the person you're helping and are typically sent by 9 AM ET at the frequency you select.
Change Check-in Reminder Frequency
- Open the Victory app on your phone or tablet and sign in.

Tap your initials in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Tap "Settings."
- If you want to receive push notifications from the Victory app, tap the box next to "Notifications." Under Notifications, tap "Every day," "Every 3 days," or "Every 7 days."
If you want to receive emails, tap the box next to "Email." Under Email, tap the desired person's name, tap "Every day," "Every 3 days," "Every 7 days," or "Never." - We'll save your changes automatically, and you'll see a confirmation message. You're all set!
