This message may appear when you're trying to look at a Check-in if the page needs to finish loading, the browser needs to be updated, or your device's operating system is outdated.

The page may take a few minutes to load if your device is slow or has a weak internet connection. If the page is loading, wait for the page to connect, and the Check-in may load.
Your browser needs to be updated
- iPhone® & iPad®: We encourage iPhone® and iPad® users to let their allies restrict the ability to install apps. Limiting the ability to install apps "closes" the App Store® and automatically eliminates an app's ability to update. You or your ally may need to temporarily reenable the App Store® to update your browser.
- Android™ Devices: Apps should automatically update on Android™ devices. But you can manually check for updates by going to the Play Store™ and searching for the app where the message appeared.
- Mac® & Windows Computers: You must follow browser-specific instructions to check for updates for Windows and Mac®.
Your device or device's operating system needs to be updated
Your device may need to be updated. For instructions on updating your device's operating system, check the manufacturer's website for your device (e.g., if you have an iPad®, check Apple's website for the latest operating system).
If your device cannot update to the newest operating system version, your device may be too old for you to load the Check-in. Try loading the Check-in on a different device.
