What does "So sorry, the link as expired" mean?

This article applies to older accounts that deliver activity via email. The free Victory app provides 24/7 reporting. It is standard for all new accounts and available to older accounts.

If you view an email Check-in after ten days, click on the Check-in's links/screenshots 15 times, or if your device has a poor internet connection, you may see this message.


  • Screenshots in email Check-ins expire after 15 clicks or ten days, whichever occurs first. If you click on a screenshot in a Check-in and see this message, you may have opened the screenshot too many times, or too many days may have passed since you received the Check-in.
  • The device you're using has a poor internet connection. If Covenant Eyes cannot establish a good connection, you may receive the message that "…the link has expired." Try restarting your device, looking at the Check-in on a different device, or changing your internet connection.
