Why can't I get online on a Windows computer?

There are multiple reasons you may not be able to get online on a Windows computer with Covenant Eyes. Review the following list to pinpoint the issue and get online: 

  1. Make sure your computer is connected to the internet via WiFi or Ethernet
  2. Review our list of known conflicting programs
  3. If you use filtering, check your Blocking Level and Custom Website List
  4. If you use filtering, check your computer for conflicting programs or parental controls
  5. If you can't get online after going through all the above steps, uninstall Covenant Eyes and reinstall it
