How do I know if Covenant Eyes is working properly on a Windows computer?

Check Your Home Screen

You should see the Covenant Eyes eye icon at the bottom of the screen (near the WiFi symbol). 

Or the icon may be in the hidden icon tray (click the "^" arrow to view your icons and see if Covenant Eyes is there). If you cannot find the icon anywhere, install Covenant Eyes.

Check the Screenshot Counter

In the Covenant Eyes app menu, we list the number of screenshots we've taken in the last 60 minutes. To check if Covenant Eyes is taking screenshots, follow these steps: 

1. Click on the Covenant Eyes icon (you may need to click the "^" arrow to access the Covenant Eyes icon). 
   
2. At the bottom of the menu, you'll see the number of screenshots Covenant Eyes took in the last hour.
   

Check Your Reporting Method

Finally, the Windows computer should appear in the Activity Summary's Device Status section.
