Check Your Home Screen

The Covenant Eyes app should be on the Android™ home screen. If you cannot find it, install It via the Play Store™.

Check Our VPN

If Covenant Eyes works properly on an Android™, the VPN icon (a key) should be at the top of the screen. The VPN monitors all your web and app traffic.

  1. Next to your WiFi or connection symbol, you'll see a key icon representing our VPN.

Check the "Last Screenshot" Time

In the Covenant Eyes app, we list the last time we took a screenshot. To check the last time Covenant Eyes took a screenshot:

  1. Open the Covenant Eyes app on the Android™.

  2. Tap "Show Statistics."

  3. Scroll down and look next to "Last screenshot" to view the time we last took a screenshot.

If the member hasn't used the device in a while, the "Last screenshot" time will reflect that. If you're concerned that Covenant Eyes was not taking screenshots when the member was using the device, you can uninstall and reinstall.

Check Your Reporting Method

Finally, the Android™ should appear in the Victory app's or email Check-in's Device Status section.
