Why can't I get online on an Android™?

You may not be able to get online on an Android™ with Covenant Eyes for multiple reasons. Review the following list to pinpoint the issue and get online:

  1. Make sure your Android™ is connected to the internet via WiFi or Cellular Data
  2. Make certain Airplane Mode is off
  3. Review our list of known conflicting programs
  4. If you use filtering, check your Blocking Level and Custom Website List
  5. If you can't get online after going through all the above steps, uninstall Covenant Eyes and reinstall it
