How do I change a username to no services?

Before You Begin

• Only Account Admins (Admins) can change usernames to no services.
  
  
• Changing a username to no services disables Screen Accountability (monitoring) and Filtering (website blocking) for the member. The username stays on the account, and an Admin can still assign the member any account role.
  
  
• The Admin cannot remove services from all the usernames on their account. There has to be at least one username with services on an account.
  
  
• Removing services does not cancel your subscription or change your subscription's price [exception: (legacy) Personal Subscriptions].

Change a Username to No Services

1. Open the Victory app on your phone or tablet and enter your username and password to sign in.
   
2. Tap "Account."
   
3. Scroll down and tap "Settings."
   

   If you're an Admin and want to change services for a member, tap their name under Other Members On My Account, and then proceed to step #4.

   
4. Under Services, tap "No Services."
   
5. We'll save your changes automatically, and you'll see a confirmation message. You're all set!
