How do I set a username to No Services?

Only the Account Admin (Admin) can set usernames to "No Services" in our online member portal, My Account.

About No Services

• The Admin can set any member's username on their account to "No Services," which disables Screen Accountability (monitoring) and Filtering (website blocking) for the member. The username will remain on the account, and the Admin can still assign them any account role.
  
  
• If the Admin doesn't want to use Covenant Eyes themselves and only wants to manage the account, they can also set their username to "No Services."

Set a Username to No Services

1. Tap this link to view the Relationships page in My Account and sign in with your Covenant Eyes username and password.
   
   
2. Tap the member you want to set to No Services. (If you are an Admin and want to set your username to "No Services," tap this link and follow steps #4-5.)
   
3. Scroll down and tap "Settings."
   
4. Under Services, tap "No Services."
   
5. Scroll down and tap the "Save" button. You're all set!
