How do I change my Unread Conversations settings?

You can change your Unread Conversations settings by logging into the Victory app, navigating to the Account tab, selecting Settings, and checking the box next to "Push Notifications" or "Email" under Unread Conversations.

Before You Begin

• Your Unread Conversations settings determine if and how we notify you of any unread messages in your Victory Conversations.
  
  
• Push Notifications and Email are on by default. 
  
  
• You must install the free Victory app on your iPhone® or Android™ to receive Push Notifications about Unread Conversations.

Change Unread Conversations Settings

1. Open the Victory app on your phone or tablet and enter your username and password to sign in.
   
2. Tap "Account."
   
3. Scroll down and tap "Settings."
   
4. Under Unread Conversations, tap the boxes next to your desired settings. 
   

   Uncheck both boxes next to Push Notifications and Email to stop receiving notifications entirely.

   
5. We'll save your changes automatically, and you'll see a confirmation message. You're all set!
