Why can’t I open links with Covenant Eyes on an iPhone®?

Before You Begin

  • No Browser in Version 7.0+: In some cases, after you update the Covenant Eyes iPhone® app, links will fail to open in the Covenant Eyes browser because we removed the browser in Covenant Eyes version 7.0. 

  • Default Browser Recommendation: We suggest using Safari® as the default browser so we can screen-capture your activity.

Fix Links Not Opening

  1. Restart the iPhone®.
  2. Make sure Safari® is set as the default browser in the Settings app.
  3. If the above two steps didn't work, please uninstall Covenant Eyes and reinstall it. 
  4. If nothing above worked, please get in touch with Member Care for assistance.
