Before You Begin

No Browser in Version 7.0+: In some cases, after you update the Covenant Eyes iPhone® app, links will fail to open in the Covenant Eyes browser because we removed the browser in Covenant Eyes version 7.0.
- Default Browser Recommendation: We suggest using Safari® as the default browser so we can screen-capture your activity.
Fix Links Not Opening
- Restart the iPhone®.
- Make sure Safari® is set as the default browser in the Settings app.
- If the above two steps didn't work, please uninstall Covenant Eyes and reinstall it.
- If nothing above worked, please get in touch with Member Care for assistance.
