Why am I not seeing activity from Covenant Eyes on an iPhone®?

If you recently updated the Covenant Eyes iPhone® app to version 7.0 or newer and are not seeing activity, follow the steps below:

  1. Restart the iPhone®.
  2. Make sure the Covenant Eyes Safari® extension is on in Settings.
  3. Check Safari® and make sure it's on in Screen Time.
  4. If the above steps didn't fix the issue, please uninstall Covenant Eyes and reinstall Covenant Eyes.
