Yes i have the same problem
Hello Sajjaad,
Thank for your question. It is certainly possible for Covenant Eyes to cause a conflict with your internet connection. However, as a general rule, if it is Covenant Eyes causing a connection issue it will shut down internet access completely. If you can still browse without issue but there is a "No Internet Access" globe icon that would suggest that something else may be wrong, unrelated to Covenant Eyes. Are there any specific programs or apps on the computer that don't work while Covenant Eyes is installed?
I have spoken to support about this. Its only Microsoft apps that are affected. This is because covenant eyes' DNS-based filtering makes windows think its offline when it really isn't. A possible resolution is to try turning off filtering and leaving screen accountability on. This is a windows error not covenant.
Yep, this is a Windows bug. Solutions I've found to "fix" it temporarily:
>> Win_Key + R to open the RUN dialog box
>> Type ncpa.cpl and press enter
>> Right-click the connection and choose DISABLE wait about 5 seconds and then ENABLE
I am an ACCA student at Mirchawala's Hub of Accountancy and I was trying to login on my Mirchawala LMS, but my PC was showing globe as well but my LMS was working fine.
