Technical Question: Looking through the CovenantEyes Screen Monitoring Data, most of the Logs are under 100 kilobytes, but one of the txt files is 16 gigabytes

Why is that one so extraordinarily massive and can I safely delete it?

    Hello Jared,

Thanks for your question. As a general rule nothing in our software should be 16 gigs in size. After speaking with some other techs the only likely ways a file could get to that size would be if something were broken or if diagnostic logs were somehow manually enabled and then never turned off. Either way deleting those 16 gigs should be absolutely fine. If for any reason you encounter files growing to similar sizes in the future I might recommend temporarily uninstalling Covenant Eyes, then restarting the device, and reinstalling Covenant Eyes fresh.
