Thanks for reaching out, Peter! I'm sorry that you're experiencing this issue on your computer. Covenant Eyes® should not be interfering with the virtual machine's ability to reach the internet. If you're using our filter, it should only effect the host machine, not the virtual machine. I would suggest two things you can try to see if Covenant Eyes® really is the culprit. The first would be to remove filtering from your username and then test it. If it's still not connecting, the next step would be to temporarily uninstall Covenant Eyes® and try it again. If it turns out that we are somehow affecting that connection, I would encourage you to reach out to our Member Care Department via chat support or phone (989-720-8000) and we can troubleshoot further!
