My internet keeps cutting out and I'm getting an error that says DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_BAD_CONFIG on google, is there a fix to this?

    Thank you for reaching out to us here in our forum. Here are some steps to try:

    1. Restart your computer. I know this is a simple step, but it's important.
    2. Upgrade to Covenant Eyes version 9.1.37. If you need assistance checking your version number and upgrading, read our support article. [If you're already using version 9.1.37, skip to step #3.]
    3. If you still receive the DNS error after upgrading Covenant Eyes, see if there is a conflicting program or system blocking Covenant Eyes. To see a list of conflicting programs, read Why can't I get online on Windows?
    4. If you still cannot get online and are getting the DNS error, please contact our Member Care Team via phone, email, or online chat.
