Hello Cy.
Thanks for your question. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing that issue. Typically, with router control apps like Orbi the app is trying to locate the router on the local DNS network. However, with the Covenant Eyes app installed our VPN sets the phone to a specific DNS. If that is what is causing the issue with the Orbi app then you will want to login to the router from an outside network rather than trying to access it on the local network, if that is an available option within the app.
