Hi Dan.
Welcome back and thanks for your question. I'm sorry to hear about those ongoing struggles. I will say that while I am happy to help in any way that I can please be aware we are not counselors and are not qualified to give any kind of professional advice. That being said it sounds like you are really struggling with any kind of access to the internet. Think of Covenant Eyes as a a tool in your toolbelt - ideally one of several. You also say that you have an unaccountable accountability partner that doesn't help much. I would strongly encourage you to find a new Ally - perhaps several. You may also want to look into counseling services to help you on this journey as well.
Basically, it sounds like you are trying to do this largely on your own when what you really need is a robust support network to help you.
