Hello Chantal.
Thanks for your question. Victory Shield is uninstalled from each device a bit differently. First you will want to be make you are not a restricted user. A restricted user is someone who isn't authorized to uninstall the software on their own without assistance or authorization from their account administrator. Provided you are authorized to uninstall you will want to follow the instructions for your specific type of device in the article found here.
