    Hello Dale.

Thanks for your question. Currently there isn't a way to prevent someone from disabling the VPN on an iPhone. However, there are steps we recommend you take to reduce the impact of disabling the VPN. First, we encourage members to enable the Covenant Eyes extension within the Safari browser app. If you aren't sure how to do so, the article can be found here.

Next, we recommend that members disable or remove all browser apps other than the Covenant Eyes browser and the Safari browser with our extension enabled. That way even with the VPN disabled there isn't a way to browse the internet without using one of those two browser apps. If you aren't sure how to remove or disable other apps you can do so using the screen time restrictions available on iPhone. The article explaining how to utilize screen time can be found here.

Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thank you and have a great rest of your day.

The VPN used to auto-reconnect within a few seconds. What has changed?
