I updated my iPhone last night to IOS 14

8 and my covenant eyes app signed me out and will not let me sign back in. I have tried deleting the app and redownloading it, did not work. I tried resetting my password for covenant eyes and it still did not work. How can I log back in if it will not let me?

    Rylea,

    I apologize for the inconvenience. We ran into a severe outage about an hour ago and our Ops team is working on it. One of the symptoms is issues logging in. I think this is what you're experiencing. Under normal conditions a member should not have any issues logging in/out/back in.

    I apologize for the confusing experience and am hoping it's resolved soon. If you're still not able to log in, after the outage is fixed, then we'll have to take a closer look. I'll post here once I have news related to the outage.
