Hello Andrew. I'm sorry to hear that. What specifically about the app isn't working? Are you signed out? Is it preventing you from getting online? Has the filter stopped working? Without knowing the specific issue I won't be able to offer targeted advice but I will suggest that you may wish to uninstall, restart the phone, and then freshly reinstall the latest version of the app to see if that clears your issue. If the issue persists then I might recommend calling in to our Member Care Department so that they can troubleshoot and correct the issue for you.
