Is there a way to disable screen accountability on Android (while still keeping the filtering and such)?

Ryan
The screen accountability feature interferes with my ability to do screen video captures. I've tried disabling the 'accessibility features' but then the app gets hyper-aggressive about prompting to enable them and I just end up uninstalling it instead. Is there a solution to use it without screen accountability (the site filtering/monitoring is enough for my purposes). Thanks!

    Hello Ryan.

Thanks for your question. I can certainly empathize with that frustration on the Android device. Unfortunately the Screen Accountability feature cannot be disabled. An administrator can toggle filtering on or off but every account has Screen Accountability as it is the primary focus of our software and our company. And you are correct, disabling the accessibility features will result in the software detected it had been disabled and reasserting itself. It is designed this way to prevent circumvention by the user.

If you need any further assistance or have any more questions I'll be happy to assist or you can reach our Member Care Department at 989-720-8000.

Thank you and have a great day.
