Hello Ryan.
Thanks for your question. I can certainly empathize with that frustration on the Android device. Unfortunately the Screen Accountability feature cannot be disabled. An administrator can toggle filtering on or off but every account has Screen Accountability as it is the primary focus of our software and our company. And you are correct, disabling the accessibility features will result in the software detected it had been disabled and reasserting itself. It is designed this way to prevent circumvention by the user.
