Hi Michael. Thank you for your question. The short answer is no. The longer answer is that if you are in a loving, committed, intimate relationship with your spouse (as one usually is with their spouse) and they intentionally and knowingly send you private images then that is absolutely fine. My only caution here is that if you are receiving and viewing these images on a device with Covenant Eyes® installed on it then just be aware that, depending on the device, our software may capture that image and flag it as inappropriate. The software doesn't have the capacity to measure intention or context. So while a loving, private image sent between a married couple is totally fine, the software simply sees a naked human form and flags it as inappropriate.
