Blocking MS Teams call

Hi, Covenant Eyes recently startet blocking MS Teams calls. I can receive calls but I can't start one. When I Uninstalled Covenant Eyes from my business Notebook everything was just fine, except for having no filter installed. Would you please take a look at this. I haven't tried to uninstall it on my phone since I don't want to take that risk. This is blocking me from working.

    Hello Simon,

    Thanks for your question and I'm sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing. That sounds frustrating. After speaking with several other technicians they suggest switching your blocking level from 'Strong' to 'Standard'. Doing so should remove any issues preventing the use of Microsoft Teams. Be sure to refresh the Covenant Eyes on your device or simply restart your device after your Filter Guardian adjusts the filter settings of your account. If for any reason this issue persists after changing the filtering level please let us know. Thank you again and have a great rest of your day.

    I had the same problem starting yesterday. I tried your solution and it worked. Any chance there's a better solution for this? I'd prefer Strong blocking over Standard
