Victory App
I've been a Covenant Eyes user for many years...including the recent transition from website blocking/monitoring to screen capture. I've also been "Ally" for another user, so I'm familiar with the desktop web interface.
I was recently invited to be an ally for a new user of Covenant Eyes. However, it appears that the only option for viewing his account is the Victory App, which I had not even heard of up to this point.
I strongly resent the "mobile device only" approach represented by this app. I also suspect that, based on the screen capture only forced transition, you are probably planning on going to a "Victory App Only" approach in the future.
Please don't go there.
How do I get this new guy to report in the legacy desktop webpage?

Dan,
Thanks for posting and laying out your thoughts. I'm surprised you hadn't heard about Victory, but that shows me there's work for us to do. My apologies in that regard.
You are right, for new accounts, the default approach is mobile. About 18 months ago, when we looked at today's world in general and the way people access our site, we saw that it was overwhelmingly mobile and we needed to adapt. So the Victory app was created and has become a large part of what we do. But, at this time, there are no plans to go to a "mobile only" approach.
As a matter of fact, there is a web version of Victory. It has been bare bones, but it is getting polished up so it doesn't look/act weird on desktops. If you want to use that, here is the link to Victory on the web. You'll use your Covenant Eyes username and password to login.
Thanks again for posting,
Robert B
