Monitoring Not Working on Windows PC
For whatever reason, in the past two months, I realized that in my reports, no screenshots were coming through from my Windows 10 laptop. I have CE running on my computer and I can see it when I show the desktop icons, but it does not take any screenshots. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice, but this has not resolved the issue. I don't know what to do to solve it.

Thanks for your question. I'm very sorry to hear you are experiencing that issue. It sounds frustrating and certainly shouldn't be happening. When did this issue start? Has it been doing this the whole time you've had Covenant Eyes installed? Or was there a time when the screenshots worked?
