Hello Mark,
Thanks for your question and I'm sorry to hear about that frustration. Without knowing any specific details my advice will be somewhat limited but it sounds like if you are getting multiple reports you may have multiple usernames signed into devices or are set to receive multiple reports when you only wish to receive one. I might recommend logging into the Covenant Eyes website and checking how your account is set up to determine if things are set as you wish them to be.
