Bark Wi-Fi scanning won't work with CE VPN
We are using Bark to monitor our daughter's iPhone. There is a feature in Bark that would allow me to scan her phone via wi-fi as long as she is connected to our router. However setting that up fails due to the presence of the CE VPN. Is there a workaround? I don't want to disable the VPN.

Hello Howard,
Thanks for your question. While I don't know the specifics of Bark's Wi-Fi scanning feature I can say that, generally speaking, two filtering or accountability programs don't work together on a device. We conflict with other aspects of Bark's software so I would not be surprised that there is a conflict here as well. Generally speaking we recommend only one filtering and accountability service be installed on a device - whether that be Covenant Eyes or Bark or something else. To my knowledge and after checking with other agents it doesn't appear to have a workaround at this time other than using only one service or the other on the device and I am sorry about that. If there is anything else we can do please let us know. Thank you and have a great rest of your day.
