Hello Jess,
Thanks for your question. To clarify, our software hasn't used or needed a Chrome extension on the computer for several years. In order to have Covenant Eyes on the computer you would simply wish to sign into our website, go to 'Downloads', and then download and install the software. In case it would be helpful I'll actually include a link to an article that walks you through the install process on a Windows computer here.
