Mule 4 - Workday connector
i'm wanting to get employee data from Workday such as when a new hire happens, employee terms, or just an update to employee record. I'm using the HR workday connector from Workday and I believe that I configured the connector correctly, but i'm still getting a 500 error. Are there any suggestions to get my connection working?

Thanks for your question and I'm sorry to hear about your issue. That sounds aggravating. Just so I understand, is this happening while Covenant Eyes is installed on your device? And if so, on what device is this issue happening?
Assuming this is happening while Covenant Eyes is installed I would first recommend disabling your filter to see if that resolves the connection issue. If you have someone else listed as your Filter Guardian, you will want to contact them in order to temporarily disable your filtering.
If that still doesn't resolve your issue then you will either want to contact us directly for troubleshooting assistance or you will want to temporarily uninstall the Covenant Eyes app from your device. After that test and see if you are still experiencing the issue. If not then yes, there was some interaction with Covenant Eyes preventing it from working properly. If you do still experience that issue then something else is going on separate from our software. Thanks again for letting us know and have a great rest of your day!
