Hello Chance,
Thanks for your question. I agree that it would be a very beneficial change. Common sense would suggest that yes the rating will be changed after the browser portion of our app is eventually discontinued. However, after checking in with my techs they are in agreement we can't yet know for certain as that change would be made by Apple after our app changes. So I would say that while it is pretty safe assumption, we cannot guarantee it at this time.
Thanks again and have a great rest of your day!
Hi Chance,
Checking back in case you missed it - with the release of the new browser-less version of our app, the age rating of our app did, in fact, change. Our app is now rated 4+.So, if you would like to adjust the setting for Content & Privacy Restrictions > Allow apps to a lower level, you are welcome to do so without inhibiting the function of our app. For reference, these settings are found by going to Settings> Screen Time> Content & Privacy Restrictions> App Store, Media, Web, & Games> Apps. That is where you can select the age rating you would prefer for yourself or your child.
Thanks for posting!
Thanks for the follow up! This is very helpful.
