Covenant Eyes Version 7.0 for IOS

I updated the Covenant Eyes Version 7.0 for IOS this week and it seems to work well when I am connected to wifi but cannot get access to the internet at all (using Safari or any other apps) when using cellular data.  My carrier is T-Mobile, do I need to change any settings on my phone to get Covenant Eyes Version 7.0 for IOS to allow me access to the internet?

    Hello Daniel,

    I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue! There's been a couple reports of members using T-Mobile and having trouble browsing on data. T-Mobile has a feature called Web Guard that seems to have been causing this. Can you check that if possible?

    1. Log in to your MyT-Mobile/MetroPCS account
    2. Click your profile name in the top right corner and select Profile
    3. Select the line you want to change if you have multiple lines
    4. Scroll down and select Family Controls
    5. Select Web Guard
    6. Choose No Filtering
    7. Click Save changes
    8. Check if you can now browse on data.

    If that did not resolve the issue or you don't have that Web Guard feature, I'd suggest giving our Member Care Team a call at 989-720-8000 (or chat on our website) and they can do further troubleshooting.

    Hi Andy,

    wondering if there is a way to troubleshoot and fix issues for those of us outside the USA. Location services specially gets quite messy and wanted to see if there is a fix for it. Please help!

    There's a couple different options besides calling our support. You can visit our website and click on the blue chat bubble on the bottom right of our screen to chat with one of our Member Care Agents. Our chat follows the same hours as our phones, Monday-Friday, 9am-5:15pm EST. Or, you can email our support team at support@covenanteyes.com and begin some troubleshooting with them. Alternatively, you can ask questions/get some support here but a faster turnaround time would be either chat or email.
