Hello Kelvin,
I'm apologize for the issue you're experiencing! Do you notice if this occurs on both wifi and data? There could be something on your wifi network or from your phone provider that could be blocking our VPN.
There's a couple things we can try. If you haven't rebooted your phone since updating to our latest version, that can help with VPN issues caused by the update. Alternatively, you could also try uninstalling and doing a fresh install of the Covenant Eyes app.
If neither of those resolves your issue, I'd suggest giving our Member Care Team a call at 989-720-8000 (or chat on our website) and they can do further troubleshooting.

I'm having the same issue. Seems to be more prevalent on WiFi. I've tried to hunt down any weird settings on my router, but I'm not seeing anything notable. Didn't have any issues prior to the 7.0 update.
I'm having the same issue and it started with the 7.0 update and/or iOS 18. It has gotten so annoying that I'm going to open a support ticket as well as posting here. I repeatedly see "VPN" in the upper right hand corner of my screen as if it is disconnecting and reconnecting, and this happens every time I click a link in safari or try to do anything web-based in my apps. So note that it isn't just Safari but all apps on my phone, because it's an issue with the VPN. It happens on both wifi and cellular constantly.
I tried deleting the VPN profile and reinstalling it but that still didn't solve the issue.
If you use AT&T I had this issue constantly on data. I had to call 411 and get them to force a re-sync, reset my phone's network settings, and restart my phone. That fixed my issue but I also never had issues on wifi.
This is the case for me as well and it is making the app unusable. The idea that this would have something to do with my own network or something like that is ridiculous because I never had a problem for years and now they introduced the new update and it's barely usable.
Try this: Why is the Covenant Eyes VPN blinking on an iPhone®? I opened a support ticket for the same thing and this fixed it.
This has become problematic for me too. Every time I load a new website or open an app I see the little VPN reconnecting symbol in the top right of my screen. Sometimes I have to force close Safari or the app to get connectivity. I’ve already tried restarting my phone but the issue persists. It’s happens on any wifi network and 4G. I’ve opened a ticket.

The suggestion from Hollis worked. I had been avoiding reinstalling CE but that seems to be what ended up solving it, at least for now.
