Custom Website Blocking not working in Chrome browser on Mac
I have added several websites to my custom blocking list and all of my devices are blocking them in the Chrome browser, except on my Mac. They work on all other browsers on the Mac but not Chrome (or Brave). It's been over a year since this issue first started. I have tried refreshing CE, restarting my computer, updating and uninstalling and reinstalling both CE and Chrome and nothing has fixed the issue. I called CE customer service last year and they were aware of the issue back then but still no fix. Something needs to be done because this issue greatly compromises the service of CE.

I've had this exact same issue and same experience arise a little over half a year ago myself. No idea how it started, and no solutions that worked when I talked through the issue with customer service. Just want to express that it isn't an isolated issue and I would also like to see a resolution.

Thank you both for your post and comment. I have what should be some good news for you. Yesterday's release of Covenant Eyes® version 3.13.0 appears to have resolved that Filtering issue in Chrome that's been persistent for the last several months. If either of you are still experiencing this issue I would recommend updating to the latest version of the service to see if doing so resolves this filtering issue for you.
