Your software has disabled my phone and will not even let me log in to the site. I'm unsubscribing as soon as I can because I cannot make calls, even 911,  or get security codes to enter websites to do my work.  Nice job.

    Tom,

    I'm sorry you were impacted so strongly by the December 11 outage that resulted in severe login issues. Your frustration is understandable.

    Update: On December 20, we replaced some equipment that was damaged during/by the outage.
