Confirm Password

My computer keeps giving me the Confirm Password window. It kept telling me that the password was invalid, so I reset it, and despite this (I received an email confirming that my password had been reset) it still keeps telling me that my password is invalid.

    Sorry about that. I think you were impacted by the December 11 outage that resulted in some severe login issues. Things should be back on track now.
