Covenant Eyes icon not showing in menu bar, even after reinstall.
I can't tell explicitly if Covenant Eyes is running because I can't see the icon on the menu bar.

Thanks for your question and I'm sorry to hear about that frustration. I'm not sure what kind of device you've installed Covenant Eyes on but I will say that for a mobile device the app should appear on the homescreen and be listed within the list of apps installed on the phone. For a computer the process for checking if Covenant Eyes is up and running will be a little different depending on the type of device you have. I currently have a Mac and there is no icon on the top menu as indicated on the linked article.

That is quite strange and I'm sorry you are experiencing that. Do you have any parental controls or restrictions enabled on that Mac? And do you have any third party cleaners or additional filtering or accountability software installed? I ask because normally after an installation the Covenant Eyes icon is visible at the top of the homescreen and that is how you would switch users or refresh the Covenant Eyes program on the Mac.
If it is not showing then there may be a program conflict on the machine causing its disappearance. If you have the time and ability to do so I would honestly recommend calling in to our Member Care Team so that they can troubleshoot that issue for you much more rapidly than I can here in the forum.
