Hulu is a subscription streaming service that offers popular TV shows, original movies, animated series, and more! You may want to create kid profiles for your children so they don't watch mature content.
Create a Kid Profile
Create a kid's profile to limit the type of movies and shows your children can watch on your Hulu account. Or You can turn on Kid's Mode for an existing Hulu profile by editing the profile's settings.
Kids' profiles only have access to Hulu's Kids Hub, which has a variety of movies and shows that are appropriate for kids. To create a kid's profile:
- Go to your Hulu account
- Select “(+) Add Profile”
- Fill out the information for the new profile and select "Kids Mode"
Use PIN Protection to Lock Adult Profiles
PIN Protection allows parents to lock their profiles with a numbered passcode so kids can't use their profiles to watch shows and movies. Your PIN will also be required to access any non-kid profile. To create a PIN:
- Go to your Hulu account
- Select "Manage Profiles"
- Turn the toggle for "Turn on PIN Protection" on
- Enter your Hulu account password
- Enter your PIN
