  • Optional Participation: Joining the Community is 100% optional; you don't have to participate.

  • First Names Only: If you join, we'll only display your first name to others in the Community.

  • Join the Community: Tap the "View Community" button at the bottom of the Home tab to access the Community, see Community posts, interact with them, and make your own posts.

React to Posts & Create Posts

To interact with Community posts and support others on their porn-free journeys, tap the smiley face icon with the "+" and select an emoji option from the menu.

  • You will have different emoji options depending on the post type (Prayer request, Confession, or Success).

  • The emoji you selected will appear at the bottom of the post, showing the user you interacted with. It will also send a push notification to that user.

  • To create a post, tap the "Share with the Community" button at the bottom of the screen. On the following screens, select the prompts that fit your current path on your porn-free journey. Once you finish posting, others in the Community can see, react, and reply.

Reply to Posts & Create Threads

We've compiled some replies you can send to a user's post. Once a post has a reply, it becomes a Community Thread.

  • To reply to a post, tap the bubble icon with the "+" in it and select a reply from the menu.

  • You will have different reply options depending on the post type (Prayer request, Confession, or Success).

  • The reply you selected will appear at the bottom of the post, showing the user you interacted with. It will also send a push notification to that user.

Minimize the Community Feed

If you don't want to interact with the Community Feed, you can minimize the Community on your Home screen in the Victory app.
