You can contact our friendly, US-based Member Care Agents via chat, email, or phone. They'll help you with your account, settings, subscription, devices, and answer any questions you have!

Our Member Care team is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:15 PM ET. We're closed on weekends.

Contacting Us After Hours


  • Chat: Browse Service Center's support articles or leave a message via our chatbot.
  • Email: Send us an email anytime.
  • Phone: Leave a voicemail, and we'll return your call.
  • Submit A Request: Submit a ticket to our team by selecting the "Submit A Request" button in the top, right-hand corner. 

For chat messages and emails submitted after hours, a Member Care Agent will respond within two business days.
