About Bank Payments
- If you choose to pay with your bank account, Stripe (our payment processor) requires that you create and save your bank information to your Link account. This is the only way you can make bank payments to Covenant Eyes.

Covenant Eyes Member Care Agents cannot add or edit bank payment information. If you choose to pay via your bank account, you will need to set it up yourself via Victory.
- So that you know, some banks and financial institutions aren't available as bank payment options on Stripe because they haven't connected with Stripe or don't support data sharing.
