Refunds are available in two situations: if the cancellation falls within the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee window, and for yearly subscriptions, which may be eligible for a prorated refund.
About Refunds
- Refunds may take 7-10 business days to process and will be automatically applied to the card we originally charged.
- Members who restarted a previously canceled subscription are not eligible for the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
- Members who subscribed to Victory® via in-app purchase on their Apple or Android™ device and want to cancel or request a refund must refer to Apple's or Google's refund policy.
Refund Situations
- If you're not satisfied, we'll give you your money back; cancel within your first 30 days and request a refund.
- A yearly subscription is eligible for a prorated refund. You must request a refund during the cancellation process. You can also contribute your prorated refund to the Hardship Fund to help people who need our services but face financial challenges. The choice is yours.
