The Account Admin (Admin) can pay an overdue balance by signing into victory.covenanteyes.com, navigating to the Subscriptions page, and tapping "Update Credit Card" or "Retry Payment."
Before You Begin
- Only the Admin can pay an overdue balance. If a non-admin pays for Victory by Covenant Eyes®, please contact Member Care for assistance.
- Your billing information and subscription options are not available in the Victory app. To manage them, please visit victory.covenanteyes.com.
Pay an Overdue Balance

Tap this link to go to the Subscriptions page on victory.covenanteyes.com. If prompted, sign in with your existing username and password.
- If you want to re-process the payment, tap "Retry payment." If you need to update your credit card or bank account information, tap "Update credit card."
- Select "Update."

Tap "Card" to pay with your credit or debit card, then enter your card details. Or select "Bank" to pay with your account and routing number.

To pay for your subscription via your bank account information, tap "Bank," type in your bank's name, create a free Link account by entering your email and phone number, sign into your bank, and Link will save your bank information. Then proceed to step #5.
- Enter your name, address, and billing email into the correct fields. Then tap "Save."
- You'll see a confirmation message. You're all set!
