A Device Inactive Activity Event means we have not received activity from the device for 7 days.
We note inactive devices in the Check-in's Device Status section, and inactive devices trigger a Highlighted Activity is not typically a reason for concern. But some activity is good for you to double-check Check-in.
- Inactive devices will remain in the Victory app's Device Status section for 14 days before dropping off.
- A device may be inactive for a simple reason (e.g., the member was on vacation, uninstalled Victory Shield™, and didn't reinstall it, or the wrong username is signed in).
- We recommend that the Ally check in with the member about any inactive devices.
