Activity Events help explain what’s happening on a member’s devices by providing context for device activity, setting changes, and monitoring status.
When certain Activity Events occur, they may also trigger a specific Check-in title to help bring attention to important information in the Activity Feed.
About Activity Events
Each Activity Event represents a specific action, change, or condition detected by Victory Shield™ on a monitored device.
Activity Events live in the Activity Feed in the Victory app. Each event includes:
A title describing the activity
The device it occurred on
The date and time it happened
Additional details explaining the event
Types of Activity Events
Seeing an activity event does not automatically indicate a problem. Activity Events are designed to:
Provide transparency into device activity
Help Allies understand changes to monitoring or safety settings
Reflect normal device behavior (such as app updates or setting changes)
Provide helpful information (which doesn't always require action)
