A Victory Shield™ Install Activity Event appears when Victory Shield is installed on a device. We record installation activity across all supported platforms.
On iPhone® and iPad®, install activity is really important because Apple does not allow us to report app uninstalls. As a result, repeated install activity on iPhones and iPads can provide helpful context about changes to monitoring.
We note when the member installs the Victory Shield™ app in the Victory app Activity Feed. On an iPhone®/iPad®, install activity will trigger a Highlighted Activity is not typically a reason for concern. But some activity is good for you to double-check Check-in.
- Due to limitations with Apple's operating system, we cannot detect if or when a member uninstalls Victory Shield™ from an iPhone® or iPad®.
- Repeated installations of Victory Shield™ on an iPhone® may indicate that the member is uninstalling it to bypass accountability, then reinstalling it afterward.
- Set up Screen Time (Apple's device controls) to protect the Victory Shield™ app from being deleted from an iPhone or iPad.
- To talk to the member about this, tap the blue chat button in the bottom right-hand corner of the Victory Shield™ Install activity event to start a private Chat in the Victory app.
